Calendar days are every day. Weekdays are Monday to Friday. Business days are weekdays minus the public holidays that apply where you are — which is why no calculator can answer this without being told the country.
The gap matters in contracts. "Within 10 business days" over the Christmas period can be two full calendar weeks longer than "within 10 days", and the difference is exactly the holidays this calculator lists back to you.

Which holidays are included
US federal holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. Where one falls at a weekend, the observed day is used — Saturday moves to the Friday before, Sunday to the Monday after.
England & Wales bank holidays: New Year's Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, the early May and spring bank holidays, the summer bank holiday, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Weekend holidays take a substitute day on the next working day, so Christmas Day on a Saturday is observed on the following Monday and Boxing Day on the Tuesday.
Easter is computed rather than looked up, so the movable dates are right for any year. Scotland and Northern Ireland have different bank holidays and are not covered; nor are state, county or company holidays anywhere.
Which end is counted
Counting between two dates includes the start date and excludes the end date — the usual "how many working days until" convention. A Monday to the following Monday is five business days, not six.
