Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 04, 2025
At FreecalcHub, we value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.freecalchub.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").
Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the site.
1. Information We Collect
Personal Data
We may collect personal identification information from you in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when you visit our site, register on the site, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. You may be asked for, as appropriate:
- Email address (only if you contact us or subscribe to our newsletter)
- Usage data and preferences (such as dark mode settings)
We do not collect or store the specific values you enter into our calculators. All calculations are performed in your browser, and the data you input is not transmitted to our servers.
Non-Personal Data
We may collect non-personal identification information about you whenever you interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include:
- Browser name
- Type of computer or device
- Technical information about your means of connection to our Site, such as operating system and Internet service providers utilized
- Other similar information
2. Cookies and Analytics
This Site Sets No Cookies
FreecalcHub does not set cookies. We do not use essential, analytical, functionality or advertising cookies, and we do not store anything in your browser's local or session storage. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How We Measure Traffic
We use Plausible Analytics to count visits. Plausible is a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data. It does not follow you across other websites and does not build a profile of you.
Plausible records aggregate information only: the page visited, the referring site, and general details such as country, browser, operating system and whether you are on a desktop or a mobile device. None of it identifies you, and we cannot use it to single you out.
Calculator Usage
We also record two anonymous events: that a calculator was started, and that a calculator produced a result. These tell us which tools people find useful. The numbers you type into any calculator are never sent anywhere. Every calculation on this site runs entirely in your own browser, and no input or result leaves your device.
Opting Out
Because no cookies are set and no personal data is collected, there is nothing to opt out of in the usual sense. If you would still prefer not to be counted, any browser setting, extension or network-level blocker that blocks analytics requests will stop it, and the site will work exactly as before.
3. How We Use Your Information
We may use the information we collect from you in the following ways:
- To operate and maintain the Site
- To improve our Site and user experience
- To understand how users interact with our Site
- To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve our service and content
- To develop new products, services, features, and functionality
- To send periodic emails (if you have subscribed to our newsletter)
- To respond to your comments, questions, and requests
4. Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose your information in the following situations:
Business Transfers
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Third-Party Service Providers
We may share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as web hosting, data analysis, and customer service.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation
- Protect and defend our rights or property
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Site
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Site or the public

5. Security of Your Information
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no website or internet transmission is completely secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your information will not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our safeguards.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services. Once you have used these links to leave our Site, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information when visiting any third-party websites or services. You should exercise caution and review the privacy statements applicable to the third-party websites and services you use.
